How do I update my billing information? | Go To Flowcode

For our Pro, Pro Plus, and select Growth accounts, you can update your the card associated with your account directly in your Account Settings

Steps to Update Billing Information:

  1. Log in to Your Account

  2. Go to the Account Settings

    • Once logged in, click on the profile icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

    • From the dropdown menu, click on Settings

  3. Navigate to Billing Information

    • Within the "Account Settings" tab, look for a section labeled "Billing" or

    • Click on this option to view or edit your current billing details.

  4. Edit Billing Information

    • You will see your existing Payment Details and can update them by clicking on Edit payment details

  5. Save Your Changes

    • After entering the new information, double-check the details to ensure accuracy.

    • Click the "Save" or "Update" button to save your changes.

Troubleshooting:

  • Invalid Payment Method: If you receive an error message while updating your billing information, double-check that all fields are filled in correctly (e.g., correct card number, expiration date, and billing address).

  • Expired Credit Card: If your credit card has expired, be sure to update both the expiration date and card number, if applicable.

  • Contact Support: If you experience issues saving your changes, contact our support team through the Help Center or email [email protected] for assistance.
